Damaged or Defective Products

Wrong Item Delivered

If you receive an incorrect product (different from what you ordered), you are eligible for a replacement or refund.

Missing Items

If an item is missing from your order, please report it within 24 hours of receiving your delivery. After verification, we'll issue a refund or arrange for a replacement.

Perishable Items

Due to the nature of fresh and perishable products (like fruits, vegetables, dairy, etc.), refunds or replacements are only accepted if the item is spoiled or damaged at the time of delivery.

Non-Refundable Items

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

Opened or Used Products

Items opened, used, or partially consumed

Missing Packaging

Products without original packaging or labels

Post-Dispatch Cancellations

Orders cancelled after dispatch

Non-Returnable Items

Items marked as "Non-Returnable" on the product page

Refund Process

Once your refund request is approved:

COD Orders

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit

Cancellation Policy

Before Dispatch

You may cancel your order before it is packed or dispatched.

After Dispatch

Once the order is out for delivery, cancellation will not be accepted.

Our Side Cancellations

In case of cancellation due to unavailability of stock or delivery issues from our end, a full refund will be initiated automatically.
